SUMMARY: We are seeking a Casual Occupational Therapist II to join our Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation team at our downtown Clinic and Specialty Center location. This position offers a flexible schedule with preferred availability of at least two shifts per week (5 to 8 hour shifts), with schedules established two or more months in advance. There may also be opportunities for additional hours based on department needs and candidate availability. In this role, you will primarily work with patients with neurologic conditions including traumatic/acquired brain injury (TBI/ABI), stroke, POTS, and other complex diagnoses. Treatment focuses on promoting safety, cognitive function, independence, and participation in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). This position also offers opportunities to expand into specialty areas such as driving rehabilitation, complex DME/power mobility evaluations, and neuro-vision rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about helping patients maximize independence and quality of life through evidence-based neurorehabilitation care. Purpose of this position: In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, discharge planning and education. RESPONSIBILITIES:
