Psychological Sciences

The Department of Psychological Science supports teaching and research at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The department has expanded its academic offerings with the addition of doctoral programs in Applied Social/Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Applied Cognitive Psychology. Faculty and staff contribute to interdisciplinary research and participate in campus-wide and community initiatives related to psychological science. The department operates within a collaborative environment that supports academic work and leadership development.

Job Description

This position will conduct a systematic literature review to summarize what is the definition of abusive language and different types of it and how it is prevalent in different settings (e.g., intimate domestic relationships) that affect people's psychological wellbeing.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.50-$17.00 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
