Step into a high-impact role as a Region Coordinator III, where you will manage and influence operating and capital budgets. You will partner with leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring audit readiness and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, apply strong analytical skills, and deliver clear financial insights that directly support regional performance and decision-making.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead regional budgeting and forecasting processesby facilitating annual budget development, performing variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to regional leadership.

  • Provide expert guidanceon budgeting practices, forecasting methodologies, and account coding while supporting and training Region and Area teams.

  • Drive audit readiness and complianceby coordinating documentation, validating financial/system records (Oracle and Maximo), and producing audit reports.

  • Execute and support financial operationsincluding purchase order creation, monitoring, reconciliation, and receiving activities within Oracle and Maximo systems.

  • Analyze and report on financial performanceby reviewing forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions to improve budget outcomes.

  • Support project lifecycle managementby ensuring proper documentation, maintaining project records, facilitating approvals, and enabling timely project closeout.

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational supportincluding travel coordination, expense processing, calendar management, records management, and office logistics.

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, budgeting, or related discipline.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Oracle Cloud, Power BI, and related systems.

  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

  • Advanced skill in Excel, Oracle Cloud, and related systems.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Power Automate and Visio.

  • Industry experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment requires extensive work on computer, networking with stakeholders, research, analysis of data and development of plans and reports.

  • Minimal travel.

  • Work extended hours when necessary to address emerging work and schedule changes.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
