2 Crescent Place, Oceanport, NJ 07757 Job Title: Coordinator Location: System Business Office Department Name: Accounts Payable Req #: 0000248719 Status: Salaried Shift: Day Pay Range: $52,755.00 - $63,306.00 annually Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Description: The Purchase Card (P-Card) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our corporate card program. This position requires the individual to be customer centric and display critical thinking capabilities. This role will process requests for p-cards, support controls around the program, monitor usage and spending limits, and reconciliation of p-cards expense exceptions and issues. The role will provide subject matter expertise for p-card usage across RWJBarnabas Health, and collaborate with the Purchase Card Administrator on day-to-day operations. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, 1-2 years in an accounting, audit, or finance related field with preference to direct experience in P-card related function, Experience with Chrome River or similar Expense Managemen solution a plus, Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, possess good communication (written and verbal) skills Key Competencies: Work is performed in a fast paced and challenging office environment, Work may be stressful at times, Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people, Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations Perform other duties as assigned Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
