TITLE: Merchandising Manager

LOCATION: Onsite in Denver, CO

HOURS: Full-time

DURATION: 3 months with the potential to extend

Are you a creative merchandising expert with a passion for driving product success and shaping customer experiences? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team and make a significant impact on their direct-to-consumer channels. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling product assortments and storytelling that captivate audiences, drive revenue, and elevate the brand's presence across digital and physical retail spaces. Your strategic vision and analytical prowess will directly influence how products are presented and perceived, ensuring every launch and every season resonates deeply with consumers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the direct-to-consumer (DTC) assortment strategy, ensuring product selections align with customer demand, inventory optimization, and ambitious revenue targets.

* Lead the selection and prioritization of products for DTC channels, strategically building assortments that capitalize on key categories, emerging seasonal trends, and significant growth opportunities.

* Orchestrate impactful product launches and merchandising strategies, from seasonal drops to critical product moments and promotional campaigns, maximizing their market impact.

* Collaborate with planning teams to conduct in-depth product performance analysis, identifying actionable insights to boost conversion rates, accelerate sell-through, and enhance average order value.

* Partner closely with buying teams to meticulously align purchasing decisions with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and sell-through objectives, ensuring optimal stock management.

* Champion compelling product storytelling, working hand-in-hand with creative teams to execute engaging narratives across paid media, digital platforms, and full-price retail environments.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

* Proficiency in Business Data Analysis.

* Demonstrated Cross-Functional Leadership abilities.

* Expertise in Digital Merchandising.

* Experience with In-Store Merchandising.

* Strong background in Merchandising principles.

* Skills in Visual Merchandising.
