A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Technical 406 Pay Range: $95,900.00 - $143,800.00 Job Description We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions that power our go-to-market teams. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce implementations and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will work within an agile team committed to quality, automation, and continuous improvement. KSAs Design, develop, and deploy customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud to support evolving business needs. Develop automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high test coverage standards ( 80% Apex test coverage). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design documents. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and clear communication. Participate in platform release management, including sandbox management, deployments, and change sets / DevOps pipelines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education, and is at the hiring manager's discretion. 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional setting Experience interfacing with databases and integrating third-party products with existing infrastructure Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certification. Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) or Field Service Lightning. Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM or Salesforce Data Cloud. Background in Java, Python, or JavaScript outside of Salesforce context. Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher).
