Our beauty client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join their dynamic Supply Chain team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build foundational experience within supply chain operations while gaining exposure to the fast-paced beauty and consumer products industry.

This 12-month opportunity will allow the selected candidate to work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, support cross-functional initiatives, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of supply chain functions including planning, forecasting, inventory management, and operations support.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, highly organized, and excited to learn within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly support
  • Assist with month-to-month operational and reporting activities across multiple supply chain functions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Maintain and update reporting systems, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools
  • Support special projects and general administrative supply chain tasks as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned tasks and deliverables


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the past 12 months
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships and project experience welcomed)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Engineering or technical degree background is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and cross-functional partnership abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional maturity
  • Customer-service oriented mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility to commute/work between New York and New Jersey as needed
