We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Product Manager with a passion for building innovative tools to help grow and support our internal marketing platforms. The Product Manager will work with a wide variety of cross-functional teams across Services Central Marketing to understand user pain points and propose tooling solutions which enable our marketing teams to thrive and do their best work. We believe the role would place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry, where you would be inspired to share your years of experience and provide extraordinary support for the team.

Key Qualifications



  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an internal tools focused product manager; B2C advertising/marketing technology a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills paired with the ability to build a vision and tell a story that inspires and influences large, cross-functional partners at all levels.
  • Motivated, creative, problem solver who doesn't wait for direction.
  • Deep experience digging into details to identify opportunities that utilise existing capabilities in new ways.
  • Past success in driving significant impact in matrixed structures, using partnership and collaboration to influence co-workers, leaders, and partners.
  • Proven history working on complex, international, time-critical projects.
  • You create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, are flexible in nature and able to tackle challenges, all while keeping a sense of humor.


Description



  • Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including but not limited to marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA and design teams.
  • Document and optimise operational workflows by connecting tools and systems, while understanding the impact of those changes on our users and how they do their day-today work.
  • Gather business requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key capabilities across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Build strong presentations that convey a vision and tell a story that leaders at all levels of the organization can get behind.
  • Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding any known limitations and resource constraints.
  • Help prioritize key initiatives and evangelize the roadmap, acting as the driving force behind the work at all levels, and across all functions.
  • Measure and analyze experiences based on KPIs with an eye on optimization opportunities over time.


Education



  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • MS/MA/MBA a plus
