Position Summary: The Director, Ambulatory Nursing Services is responsible for the leadership oversight of the professional nursing/back-office practice model and interdisciplinary care models for patient care within MemorialCare Medical Group.Serves as the liaison between clinical staff, management and other departments with a focus on improving care team efficiencies and patient experience by maximizing the role of each member of the care team.Provides guidance to senior leadership and physician leadership for establishing, implementing, evaluating and improving approaches to patient care, workflows, practice standards and policies and procedures.Research and stays abreast of changes in the health care industry to improve patient care and adherence to local, state and federal regulations.Develops and maintains policies, procedures and standard work that provide efficient and patient-centric care along with adherence to local, state and federal regulations. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
