Superintendent I and II SUMMARY This is a start up opportunity at a new manufacturing plant in Fridley, MN for Mortenson's sister company, BLUvera. We are looking for a leader to build out the team and work stations. Candidates that will be considered are self-driven, not a micro-manager, enjoys thinking on the fly, and creative. Candidates with a construction and leadership background will be given priority for interviews, and if you have manufacturing/assembly background, that's a plus. BLUvera is currently seeking a Superintendent that will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.
This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location. RESPONSIBILITIES

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
