Important: Candidates must wear safety shoes to orientation. Employees will remain onsite and work through the end of their shift on Day 1.


Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Comfortable learning to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) or have prior PIT experience
  • Basic English comprehension required
  • Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL


Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, wrapping, and shipping products while ensuring order accuracy and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. This role also supports inventory handling, truck loading/unloading, and general warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, wrap, and ship products accurately
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details
  • Load and unload trucks and containers
  • Receive, process, and store incoming inventory
  • Replenish and rotate warehouse stock as needed
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support additional warehouse functions as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Willingness to support multiple warehouse functions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen


Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience using handheld/RF scanners
  • Forklift, PIT, or other material handling equipment experience
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
