Job Summary

The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and production support activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams to ensure accurate and efficient material flow throughout the operation. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or manufacturing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive, inspect, and check in incoming shipments including UPS and LTL deliveries
  • Pull inventory and materials based on production pick tickets to support in-house assembly operations
  • Sort, organize, label, and maintain inventory of more than 1,000 items
  • Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
  • Communicate regularly with production teams regarding material availability and order status
  • Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Assist with shipping preparation, staging, and material movement activities
  • Support general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations required
  • Experience within manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
  • Ability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday
  • Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Work Experience



  • Experience supporting warehouse operations within manufacturing or production environments preferred
  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving processes preferred
  • Previous experience working closely with production or assembly teams preferred
