Distribution Center Associate II
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM or 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Orlando, FL

Job Summary
The Distribution Center Associate II is responsible for performing a combination of manual and clerical warehouse duties related to the receiving, storage, and shipment of materials, supplies, and finished goods. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against shipping documentation
  • Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on specifications and shipping methods
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions
  • Record received and shipped items in accordance with established procedures
  • Route materials to appropriate inspection, staging, or storage areas
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and documentation
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including stand-up equipment, as required
  • Complete written and computerized documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support general warehouse operations and team objectives


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience
  • Experience with picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes
  • Familiarity with RF scanner usage
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience required or strongly preferred
  • Stand-up forklift/operator experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Work Experience



  • At least 1 year of related warehouse or distribution experience required
