Molnlycke is looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join our Surgical Gloves team. Whether you're already in medical sales or have built a successful career in B2B sales and are ready for something new, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to bring your sales experience into healthcare, representing a globally recognized surgical gloves portfolio and working with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers across Northern California and Nevada.

Just as important are your curiosity, willingness to learn, competitive drive, and ability to work as part of a collaborative team. You don't need to come from medical device sales to be successful here, but you do need a strong sales foundation and the motivation to learn a new industry.

  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life harmony.

  • Medical, dental and vision plans are available from your first day of employment and provide extensive coverage through multiple options so you can find the right fit for you and your family.
  • Financial benefits include a robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Molnlycke offers generous paid time off, paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program and lifestyle perks like discounted access to entertainment and travel.

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn complex products and customer environments.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and highly coachable, with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
