Job Description General Summary: The Pharmacology Senior Research Associateconducts independent research to evaluate the effects of compounds on in vivo disease biology, with a strong emphasis on in vivo pharmacology and surgical execution in rodent models. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and adapt experimental approaches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rodent surgical procedures, including kidney-related surgeries such as renal pelvis injection, and a strong understanding of kidney anatomy. Large animal in vivo surgical experience is a plus.This individual should demonstrate strong in vivo technical expertise, scientific rigor, and the ability to generate high-quality data in a collaborative research environment. In addition to technical strength, the successful candidate will bring a strong team-oriented mindset, a positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to support team and project goals. Pay Range: $76,100 - $114,100Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
