In your role as an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory and ensuring efficient inventory control processes. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work closely with the production team to monitor stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and support the overall flow of warehouse operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in keeping inventory systems accurate and efficient.

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 3-5 years of inventory experience
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Forklift certs a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Tracking raw materials, wire-forming parts, and finished products
• Counting inventory and performing cycle counts
• Updating inventory in QuickBooks or inventory software
• Receiving incoming materials and checking accuracy
• Organizing stock locations and maintaining inventory records
• Coordinating with production and shipping departments
• Investigating shortages or inventory discrepancies
• Preparing materials for production jobs
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting low stock
• Using scanners, spreadsheets
• Maintaining clean and organized storage areas
