Job SummaryWater Pik, Inc., a partner company of Church & Dwight Company, Inc., is seeking a Senior Global Buyer Planner to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely, cost-effective supply of finished goods across our global network. The Senior Global Buyer Planner owns end-to-end planning and procurement activities while balancing customer service, inventory health, and supply risk. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong judgment, systems expertise, and the ability to lead through influence in a dynamic, global supply environment. The individual will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to support business continuity, inventory optimization, and supplier performance. About the RoleThe Senior Global Buyer Planner will be responsible for demand-driven supply planning, procurement execution, supplier management, and inventory optimization across multiple global manufacturing locations. This role will monitor demand variability, adjust supply and capacity plans, manage shortages and expedites, and support product transitions to minimize excess and obsolescence. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and global manufacturing environments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced systems capability, and the ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution. Work EnvironmentHybrid: The role will be based in Fort Collins, Colorado and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500 - $131,700. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation based on company policy and role eligibility.
