Job Description

NDT Operator (Level 1)

Location: Mentor, Ohio
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-6:00 AM)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Operate testing equipment to evaluate product quality
  • Perform system capability checks and follow established procedures
  • Accurately document work performed and maintain required records
  • Handle materials, including hazardous waste, in compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support inventory movement and storage management
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Casting experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Positive attitude and clear communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Willingness to learn and obtain Level 1 certification
