Exciting Opportunity at MSK: The Berger Laboratory, affiliated with the Center for Molecular Oncology (CMO) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), is seeking a Computational Biologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Our lab brings together experimental and computational scientists to characterize genetic mutations in human tumors, with the goal of identifying biomarkers of cancer progression and therapeutic response. Leveraging massively parallel next generation DNA and RNA sequencing, we develop and apply cutting edge methods to profile patient derived tumor tissue and circulating tumor DNA. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of novel diagnostic tools while collaborating with experts in computational biology, genomic technologies, molecular pathology, clinical oncology, and radiopharmaceutical therapies.
