Job SummaryChurch & Dwight is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Technology team. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to translate complex supply chain needs into scalable technology solutions that support purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment operations across both corporate and plant environments. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement initiatives, and implementation support for highly visible global projects while driving the adoption of modern technologies and AI-enabled capabilities. About the RoleThe Sr. IT Business Analyst will operate across multiple functions and collaborate with global business partners, IT teams, architects, and data engineers to deliver business value through technology solutions. This role will focus on analyzing current business processes, defining future-state capabilities, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals and operational needs. This individual will play a critical role in advancing business analysis maturity standards, mentoring other analysts, and supporting the integration of AI capabilities into supply chain processes and enterprise technology solutions. The role requires strong experience in supply chain systems, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution delivery methodologies such as Agile and DevOps. Work EnvironmentThis role is open to both hybrid and remote candidates, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
