Position Summary
As a Product Manager you will develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the Life Sciences VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) product line, translating market insights into actionable product and growth strategies. You will own the full product lifecycle, including new product development, market expansion, and portfolio optimization. In this role you will lead market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities within the life sciences sector. As a Product Manager you will partner cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that meet global customer requirements. You will drive product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns, while equipping global sales teams with the tools and support needed to succeed. In this role you will be accountable for achieving global revenue targets, gross margin objectives, and overall marketing performance for the VHP portfolio. This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ, 2 days per week. What You'll do as a Product Manager

Pay range for this opportunity is$107,525.00 - $120,000.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
