Teach Life Skills: Help individuals develop vital communication and independent living skills that set them up for long-term success.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster positive relationships with local employers and volunteer organizations to ensure a supportive environment for the individuals we serve.
  • Provide a Lift: Safely transport individuals to and from their community employment and volunteer sites.
  • Advocate & Document: Keep accurate, confidential records of progress and milestones, ensuring we are constantly centering the needs, desires, and rights of those we support.
What You Bring to the Team
  • We are looking for patient, positive, and driven individuals who believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work and contribute to their community.
