Summary: The HR Generalist is a key partner to leaders and employees, providing day-to-day support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, onboarding, policy interpretation, compliance, and HR operations. In this role, you will help create a positive employee experience, strengthen workplace consistency, and support a culture grounded in respect, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Typically requires 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience for a Level II role. Manufacturing or multi-shift operations environment experience is preferred. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
