FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Mon-Fri Business Hours The Pay Scale is $186,742.40 to $268,715.20 Position Summary The Associate Vice President (AVP), Real Estate Strategy & Operations is an executive responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for MultiCare Health System's real estate portfolio. The AVP supports enterprise-wide planning, acquisition, leasing, development, and management activities across the system.This role is essential to guiding MultiCare's real estate strategy, ensuring that facilities and properties support clinical, operational, and growth objectives. The AVP oversees functions related to property evaluation, transaction execution, space planning and utilization, land planning and entitlement, and long term master planning. The position collaborates closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and external partners to ensure coordinated and well-informed real estate decision-making. This role is a hybrid work environment with frequent on-site visits across MultiCare's facilities and project locations. Essential Functions Strategic Real Estate Leadership
