Position Summary

Operates both manual and CNC equipment for the efficient production of quality components. Responsible for the production of high-tolerance precision parts. Responsible for set up, run, debur, inspect, and deliver parts and tools that meet engineering and Customer requirements

Duties

Interpret technical prints.

Read and interpret G&M codes

Setup, operate and adjust machining equipment for production efficiency with supervision.

Monitors quality of parts produced to ensure customer requirements are met.

Abides by all Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Must use personal protective equipment if required.

Aware of and conforms to company ISO goals and objectives and supports company ISO requirements.

Aware of and actively participates in company's Lean philosophy of continuous improvement.

Ensures measuring devices used to check product quality are calibrated prior to use.

Maintains in-process product identification

Position requires prolonged standing at CNC machining station and walking of machining floor to different stations.

Required Experience

Vocational/Technical degree/certification in CNC Machining or 3+ years of CNC Machine operation

  • CNC Machining operation 2-3 years
  • Data entry system experience 2 years
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings 2 years

Pay range for this opportunity is$20.43-$26.44. [ACTION REQUIRED - REMOVE IF NOT APPLICABLE:] This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
