Position Summary
Coordination and oversight of instrument readiness in the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) to facilitate efficient case flow. Responsible for overseeing and/or assisting in projects and process improvement initiatives in compliance with contractual obligations. Promotes Customer service/satisfaction through resolution of OR/SPD issues within the facility. Perform duties in accordance with hospital, TJC, AORN, AAMI and other appropriate policies and procedures. Provides oversight to projects and assists in new hire orientation and training. shift 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Uses developed skills and practical knowledge to perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks independently. Operations: Provides Operating Room (O.R.) staff support in preparing the O.R. suite for surgery by verifying instrument trays are available prior to case start times. Identifies instrument related issues and provides real time solutions to ensure procedure continuity

Pay range for this opportunity is$26.56-$34.38.This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
