Overview Under the direction of the Canon Site Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary contact for customers and outside vendors to ensure projects are produced within client's time and budget constraints. The CSR is also responsible for day-to-day job intake, work order creation, data entry, record keeping, Estimating, and providing high-level customer service. Responsibilities
