Position Summary Analyzes processes and utilizes six sigma, lean and other techniques to develop and recommend operational process improvements. Engages with cross functional teams and partners with peers and leaders on process change implementation and ongoing measurement. Leverages various technological platforms to develop and/or recommend solutions to internal customers. Provides business analytics by conducting research, data analysis, metric implementation, forecasting, and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. To obtain and maintain employment and unescorted access at DCPP, you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen, a security background check, psychological screen, computer-based training, and be subject to random drug and alcohol screening. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
