CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Plant Engineer to join our Manufacturing Team and support operations at a client site in Bessemer City, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe, stable, day-to-day operation of the production unit-partnering across EHS, manufacturing, commercial, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and drive short-range process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals in a dynamic plant environment while continuing to build depth in industrial operations and system optimization. What You'll Do:
Support safe, stable plant operations by identifying and resolving production issues, resolving process challenges, and maintaining system performance

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
