POSITION SUMMARY


TheCleanroom TechCheckerisresponsible forthe inspection of incoming and outgoing partsrequiredfor use by the customer and used in the maintenance of the customer's machinery. This position is toassistthe customer quality team inidentifyingparts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA).Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions as provided by the customer for conduct of inspections. Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file. Irregularities will be documented, take corrective actions as directed or escalated to the Quality support team.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assistsinthe activities of the Quality Control function to ensure achievement of company and client Key Elementobjectives.






  • Evaluates data obtained through SAP todeterminecorrectness and completeness of parts






  • Gathers and records data through a shared portal which providesinformationto the quality support team for guidance and decision making.






  • Reviews data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program; prepares reports and summaries based on data






  • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the DC,identifyingproblem areas and presenting data to support position.






  • Aides to ensure that quality system requirements are maintained






  • Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending.






  • UseofSAP, excel and sharepointto systemically investigate issues and follow up to previously identified issues.






  • Performs Hold and Release transactions






  • UnderstandingESD processes and act accordingly.






  • Ability to read simpletechnicaldrawings.






  • Meticulous with a senseforquality and attention to detail.






  • Able to work autonomously and self-independent






  • Compliance and quality control.






  • Support other areas asrequired.






  • Impact of Decisions- Ensures that network operationscomply withfederal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



Education and/or Experience




  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).






  • Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.






  • Must havepreviousInventory experience.






  • Current orpreviousexperience with Quality Management System.

  • None





SKILLS,KNOWLEDGE,AND ABILITIES



Computer Skills




  • Mustpossessexcellent computer skills, not limited toMS Office, Windows, or Visio.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS





  • Experience working ina logistics/distribution/relevant environment.






  • Previousexperience working with Internal Audits, Document Control, and CorrectiveActionplans.

While performing the duties of this job, the employeerarely isexposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment isusually lowto moderate.
