If you or someone you know is interested, submit your application today and call or TEXT a recruiter with any questions @ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Operator IV operate machine(s) as defined in the Machine Operator Manual and following all safety procedures. Perform simple changeover and set up. Load supplies and make adjustments to semi-automated machine(s). Machine operator is responsible for ensuring the machine works properly, utilizing the correct materials for the product and keeping the equipment running. The Operator must demonstrate a detailed understanding of the quality requirements for the products being produced and able to make adjustments as necessary to achieve maximum quality. In addition is responsible for troubleshooting equipment effectively and appropriately seeking assistance of a trained mechanic. When necessary clearly communicating equipment problems to the mechanic and asking questions if necessary. Reports any problem with the equipment or supplies to their supervisor or team leader. These positions have a direct effect on the quality of our products. This role may be used as a training prerequisite for a higher-level Machine Operator position.
