Amy's is committed to cooking authentic great tasting food with high quality, meticulously sourced organic ingredients and making them convenient for consumers. Location: Pocatello, ID. Duration: 6 months Start Date: June 15th, 2026 (open to part-time and full-time) Pay: $18-20/hr. Department: Continuous Improvement Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Co-Op intern to join the Continuous Improvement Team this summer and fall. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The intern will be assigned to specific production process and will deliver data-driven process improvement recommendations through direct observation, analysis, and collaboration with operations teams. This structured 6-month program provides practical exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional teamwork. High-performing co-op interns may be considered for full-time employment opportunities upon successful completion of the program.
