The Program Manager position for the Master of Applied Artificial Intelligence for Science self-supporting graduate program will be housed in the Student Affairs Office, and will work strategically with School leadership and faculty and staff across all four departments. Your Role on the Team The UC Irvine School of Physical Sciences is seeking a Program Manager for the self-supporting professional master's degree program, Master of Applied Artificial Intelligence for Science (MAAISci). Reporting to the Director of Student Affairs and also under the direction of the Faculty Director, the primary role of this position is administrative, in terms of the overall program (management, liaison with central offices, assessment) and its finances (budgets, financial aid, reporting). A secondary role of the Program Manager is to serve as the face of the program toward students (admissions, recruitment, marketing, events, career development) and partners (mentors, industry, alumni, other external stakeholders). This position uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operations professional to assist in setting overall program strategy and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the day-to-day activities for all administrative components of the program.
