In pursuit of this mission, our Enterprise Platform Technology team is responsible for enabling scalable go-to-market operations that help customers successfully adopt OpenAI's products. The team partners across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Support, Data, and Engineering to design intelligent systems and workflows that support customer acquisition, lifecycle activation, and operational scale across the GTM ecosystem. About the roleOpenAI's top-of-funnel GTM landscape is evolving into a signal-driven, data-orchestrated acquisition engine powered by AI-native workflows, enriched customer intelligence, and increasingly interconnected GTM systems. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help drive the strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution of these systems across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms. This role will partner closely with GTM Systems Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize scalable workflows supporting lead capture, enrichment, routing, activation, prospecting, and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency, operational systems thinking, and stakeholder leadership with the ability to drive execution across highly cross-functional environments.
