Be You. DUMAC, Inc., a nonprofit organization that manages Duke University's endowment assets, is seeking a detail-oriented
Paralegal to support its legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
This role supports DUMAC's Chief Legal Officer and in-house counsel while partnering with internal teams and external counterparties to manage legal documentation, support investment-related workflows, and assist with regulatory and compliance processes.
Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience. Requires broad general knowledge in the legal and/or medical field. Preferred Associate Degree in NC Paralegal Studies and broad general knowledge in the legal field. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $61,535.00 to USD $95,880.00.
