As theAssistant Director, QuadEx & Student Programming, you will join a collaborative Student Involvement and Leadership team dedicated to creating meaningful, inclusive, and joy-filled co-curricular experiences. In this role, you'll advise and empower student leaders, support major campus traditions, and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging and well-being for all students. You'll work closely with student leaders from Duke University Union (DUU), campus partners, and the broader Durham community to ensure Duke's programs reflect our shared values, celebrate diverse perspectives, and foster leadership growth. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $47,940.00 to USD $75,990.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
