Use your HR expertise to support employees and leaders across the department! Be You. The School of Medicine's Central Units are seeking an HR Departmental Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner for multiple administrative units, supporting a wide range of human resources functions that keep our teams running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with HR leadership and Chief Administrative Officers, contribute to strategic decisionmaking, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment. You'll support recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and staff development-ensuring that employees and leaders have the guidance and resources they need to thrive. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - Work requires organizational, analytical, and communication skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience - Two years of business, administrative, and/or supervisory experience with exposure to supervisory or human resource policies and practices related to employee relations. A master's degree in a related field may be substituted for two years of experience. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
