Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid - Must be within driving range) Scope: Enterprise-wide (Duke University & Duke University Health System) General Summary The Sourcing Manager - Economic Mobility will advance Duke's economic mobility commitment by expanding local supplier participation and developing competitive sourcing opportunities. This role is responsible for directing new spend into Durham and Triangle businesses to create measurable community impact while ensuring all procurement meets Duke's rigorous standards for value, service, and compliance. As a strategic bridge between the University and the Health System, this leader helps translate institutional commitment into tangible results by building trusted local supplier relationships and managing a disciplined opportunity pipeline. The ideal candidate should be commercially grounded, community-oriented, analytical, and capable of building a credible and sustainable supplier development pipeline that supports Duke's broader economic mobility commitments.
