The Senior Pharmacy Business Analyst sits at the intersection of data and business execution within our pharmacy services organization. This role translates complex operational and financial data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations that drive decisions across pharmacy service lines. The analyst partners directly with business line leaders to identify performance trends, diagnose root causes, and support execution. This is a high-visibility role that requires both analytical rigor and business fluency to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across 340B/retail and specialty pharmacy operations. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Analytics, Health Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, performance management, or a similar analytical role required. Must have demonstrated experience building dashboards and translating data into leadership-facing insights in a complex, matrixed environment. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE M.B.A or another advanced master's degree preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, business-fluent, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Compensation Range: $78,000.00- $113,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
