Job Overview: This position works with senior management to ensure the strategic implementation of continuous improvement (Six Sigma or Lean) and productivity improvement initiatives. This individual will lead multiple large and complex productivity improvement projects simultaneously. The person can be located in any of the following areas: Tonawanda, NY, Memphis, TN or Mobile, AL. Scope: This position understands business strategies, culture and work processes and uses knowledge to achieve results and execute work beyond the scope of their individual function. Leads projects/events using a variety of productivity tools resulting in significant bottom line improvements. Identify and prioritize productivity projects within the Air Separation (bulk atmospheric gases), CO2 and Standard Plants areas and within the Production, Distribution and Business Value Streams. Communicates compelling need for change. Standardizes best practice problem-solving approaches. Enforces process discipline. Reporting Relationships: This position will report to a productivity manager. This position must influence and lead others without having direct personnel management responsibilities. May act as an internal consultant to senior productivity professionals and their project teams. Primary Responsibilities:
