| Duties and Responsibilities |
The Communications Assistant supports Campus and Community Communications within University Communications in executing strategic internal communications initiatives for
UNC Charlotte.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing day-to-day production and execution of Niner Insider, the University's internal newsletter.
- Build, schedule and distribute newsletters and targeted email communications using Marketing Cloud.
- Archive communications and monitor analytics to inform future content decisions.
- Maintain and update email distribution lists.
- Assist in management of the Niner Insider Instagram account, including planning, creating and publishing content.
- Support additional internal communications initiatives as assigned.

- Contribute ideas for content strategy and audience engagement.
- Provide administrative and project support for internal communications initiatives.
