Overview Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service, the Scag Customer Service Supervisor primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Company and its customer base by supporting customer inquiries, complaints and order processing and successfully managing their team. Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Provide a point of contact for external and internal customers that will be responsible to supply updates and feedback regarding customer account information
