About the Role: The Tax Analyst II will support the Company's tax filing and financial reporting requirements by contributing to the preparation of U.S. federal and state income tax returns, estimated payments, and income tax provisions. This role also provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and business partners to support tax reporting, forecasting, planning, structuring, and controversy matters. As a highly acquisitive organization, this position offers exposure to acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and restructuring activities, providing a strong foundation for professional growth.
