Lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Associated Bank's Personal Trust and Corporate Trust businesses. This role drives asset growth, strengthens client relationships, and shapes innovative solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients. You'll partner with senior leaders across the bank to influence strategy and deliver meaningful business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of Personal and Corporate Trust to achieve growth and profitability goals.
  • Drive asset growth by developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding centers of influence.
  • Partner with business line leaders to identify opportunities, cross-sell solutions, and enhance client experience.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and revenue plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Evaluate and enhance products, services, and processes to support market competitiveness and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and regulatory requirements while effectively managing risk.
  • Represent the organization with key clients, community partners, and within the financial services industry.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in trust, wealth management, or asset management leadership
  • Proven experience serving high-net-worth clients and driving asset growth in a banking environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex business operations

Preferred:

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in personal or corporate trust services
  • Professional designations such as CFP, CTFA, or equivalent
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or license to practice law
