Risk and Compliance is seeking a Risk Manager/Sr Auditor to join the Global Risk Management team. This role is responsible for performing independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls to improve: * Operational effectiveness and efficiency * Customer experience * Security, scalability, and business continuity * Compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies * Overall internal control environments You will support enterprise risk assessments and special projects while providing consultative guidance to business partners to strengthen controls, mitigate risk, and enhance compliance and operational performance. This position offers broad exposure across a global organization and requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Conduct risk assessments, audits, and special projects across business and operational functions * Evaluate complex business processes to identify operational, compliance, organizational, and technology risks * Develop clear, actionable findings and drive practical, business-focused solutions * Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for control and process improvements * Prepare written reports and present results to leadership * Apply strong analytical judgment to assess data, trends, and risk indicators Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in operational auditing, risk management, compliance, or financial analysis * ISO 31000, ISO 31010, and COSO frameworks * 5+ years of experience in risk audit and/or risk management * Proven experience managing risk-related projects Preferred Qualifications * Experience performing audits and assessments, designing controls, and prioritizing risk * Ability to independently execute audits while collaborating effectively within a team * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations * Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying meaningful insights * Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or CFE Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $44.00 - $49.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
