We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy AI Evangelist to lead our "AI-First" cultural transformation. This isn't a back-end engineering role - it's a frontline mission to empower every employee, from Finance to Legal to Marketing, with practical AI capabilities.

You will be the internal face of AI, responsible for "Appianizing" productivity by turning complex AI tools into simple, repeatable workflows that save time, spark creativity, and inspire our workforce.



Key Responsibilities


  • Cross-Departmental Evangelism: Partner with "AI Champions" embedded in every department to identify specific use cases and demos that prove tangible value in their unique business contexts.



  • Tool Expertise & Curation: Serve as the resident expert on Google Gemini (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail) and Claude (Cowork). Stay ahead of the feature curve so our employees don't have to.



  • The Internal AI Help Desk: Act as a hands-on consultant for knowledge workers. If someone needs to turn a LinkedIn post into a marketing campaign or a Word doc into a polished slide deck, you are the person who shows them how.



  • Cultural Catalyst: Drive "bottoms-up" innovation. Make employees feel that the company is investing in their future - reducing the fear of AI and replacing it with mastery and momentum.



  • Guardrail Management: Partner with IT and Security to ensure AI usage stays within company guardrails, preventing "Shadow IT" while encouraging creative exploration.





Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Platform Power User: Deep, "inside-out" knowledge of the Google Gemini ecosystem and Claude. Comfortable prompting, building custom "Gems," and automating workflows within these suites.



  • Communication & Inspiration: Able to speak "non-technical" fluently. You are a teacher, a marketer, and a coach rolled into one - equally effective on a Zoom call, a stage, or a chat thread.



  • Agility: A "digital native" mindset. The kind of person who sees a new feature release at 9:00 AM and has a demo ready for the team by noon.



  • Process Oriented: Strong instinct for taking a manual task (like account planning or data cleanup) and decomposing it into an AI-assisted, repeatable process.





"We're looking for the person who is already doing this for fun. Someone who sees a manual spreadsheet and immediately thinks of five ways Gemini could automate it. We want a 'champion of the champions' - someone who makes AI feel like a perk, not a chore."



What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)


  • A network of AI Champions activated across every major business function.



  • A library of proven, high-impact AI workflows employees can copy and reuse on day one.



  • Demonstrable time savings and productivity gains reported by partner departments.



  • A measurable cultural shift: employees describing AI as "exciting" and "empowering" rather than "intimidating."
