This role involves working across a variety of customer-facing applications and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements * Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria * Manage and prioritize backlog items * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables * Support projects related to e-commerce and customer-facing digital experiences * Work on features involving financial calculations such as fees, rates, and lending products * Ensure clear and effective documentation of requirements and processes Day-to-Day Activities: * Writing user stories tailored to customer-facing features * Engaging with stakeholders early in the day to align on priorities and requirements * Performing deep analysis of applications and business needs * Working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams * Supporting delivery of solutions that directly impact end users Additional Qualifications * Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills * Ability to be assertive, organized, and detail-oriented * Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr.
