We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Master Scheduler supporting large-scale operational and vessel scheduling activities. This leadership role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and publishing Master Ship Schedules (MSS), Pier Schedules, and vessel-specific project schedules across complex operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, Fleet Operations, Factory Planning, and Project Scheduling teams to ensure all operational plans accurately reflect production timelines, scheduling priorities, and resource capacity requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing integrated project schedules, identifying and mitigating operational constraints, supporting schedule lock requirements, and ensuring accurate reporting for both internal stakeholders and clients. This role plays a critical part in improving execution efficiency, reducing operational risk, and supporting cross-functional planning activities.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Extensive experience in project scheduling, master scheduling, or operations planning
• Strong background working with cross-functional manufacturing, supply chain, or maritime operations teams
• Experience managing complex project schedules and operational timelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively identify scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and operational risks
• Advanced proficiency with scheduling and project planning systems preferred
