PaCE's International Programs provide selected students from around the world with the opportunity to experience U.S. college life while enhancing their education and skills through customized, specialized coursework. In this context, the PaCE Director of International Programs (Continuing Educator II) is responsible for the independent administration, management, development, and coordination of all International Programs offered by PaCE. The incumbent serves as PaCE's primary liaison with international partners and universities. Furthermore, the Director of International Programs provides strategic leadership and oversight of PaCE's international initiatives, aligning programs with institutional goals while advising leadership on growth, collaboration, and operational efficiency. They supervise staff and program operations, oversee the development and assessment of academic and co-curricular offerings, and ensure effective admissions, student support, and communication processes to promote student success. The Director leads recruitment and outreach efforts by establishing policies, developing strategies to meet enrollment targets, managing partnerships with international institutions and agencies, and collaborating on marketing materials. Additionally, they monitor recruitment effectiveness, coordinate across departments, and manage data, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning to support sustainable program growth.
