Summary:
The CPAP Team Member will support the CPAP Therapy Program at Johns Hopkins Home Care Group by monitoring PAP adherence, tracking AutoPAP usage, managing Medsage notifications, responding to patient calls, coordinating mask guarantees, managing supply needs, and providing ongoing patient follow-up. This role works closely with pulmonary practices across Johns Hopkins Medicine and under the supervision of a Respiratory Therapist to help support patient compliance, continuity of care, and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma

Post High School education or training preferred in sleep study program

Experience:

Minimum (1) year experience in a sleep certified program.

Knowledge:

Experience in Sleep therapy concepts

Medical terminology competence, required.

Salary Range: Minimum 19.88/hour - Maximum 32.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
